Mental Health Therapy
Nicole offers individual therapy via Telehealth for adult clients in Hawai'i and Colorado. She uses trauma informed modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, CBT, mindfulness training, and somatic techniques. Accepting private pay and most insurances (See below)

Private and semi-private yoga classes available along with monthly events.
